Overall shipping times vary depending on location. Some general estimates would be:

EU/US/CA: 7-14 business days

Rest of world: 14-19 business days

All your orders are sent via DHL.

By default, the shipping address will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

After we ship the product, you can not change the address.

Following our shipment of your ordered Product(s), we will send an email informing you the shipment and tracking number of your Purchase Order.
