Hello new here , would like to know which cleanse to use ? since I have a hepatic cyst in my liver size 3-4 cc , small nodules in my lung , type 2 diabetes, no gallbladder . I also have fibromyalgia. What can I take before liver cleanse if need be ?. TIA
Sounds like quite a bit of inflammation and other conditions. Have you considered a coaching session through Zen Cleanz? Off the cuff I would say changing your diet and if you can get your hands on some liposomal astaxanthin. Product is called Valasta. That sounds like the safest way to bring down any inflammation before the cleanse.
