What can you do when your grocery order arrives late, or items are missing? How responsive is Instacart customer service in solving such delivery problems?
My recent Instacart order included missing items and a substitution I didn’t approve. I contacted Instacart customer service https://instacart.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html through the app, and they quickly issued a refund for the missing products. While the experience wasn’t perfect, their prompt support made up for the inconvenience.
