My recent Instacart order included missing items and a substitution I didn’t approve. I contacted Instacart customer service https://instacart.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html through the app, and they quickly issued a refund for the missing products. While the experience wasn’t perfect, their prompt support made up for the inconvenience.
