What do you do when a major appliance stops working unexpectedly? How effective is GE Appliances customer service in handling repairs or replacements?
My GE refrigerator stopped cooling a few days after the warranty expired. I contacted GE Appliances customer service https://ge-appliances.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and they offered to send a discounted appliance. Although I was frustrated with the timing, their willingness to help alleviated the situation and the repair was completed efficiently.
