I know people who won’t buy clothes for months, saving up to afford designer or branded pieces. Personally, I find that a bit strange. Maybe I just prefer a more basic wardrobe and pieces without obvious branding. I'd rather buy several high-quality white T-shirts and wear them happily than wait until I can afford a single T-shirt of questionable quality just because it’s branded.
I think it’s all about personal preference, though. If it makes someone happy to shop that way, why not?
That said, many globally popular brands don’t produce the best quality clothing. I was surprised to discover this because I do like branded items—but more from local or niche designers. I understand that’s not for everyone, but items like those from Zhilyova, such as see through dresses here, are made with great attention to detail, ensuring that women look stunning in them. Plus, they’re crafted from quality fabrics that hold up well even after multiple washes. Supporting such brands feels good, and I’m willing to spend my money on them.
