- 40g shallots, thinly sliced
- 200g mixed sprouts (mung bean, broccoli, alfalfa, sunflower, lentils, quinoa, etc.)
- 120g baby spinach or arugula
- 120g celery stalks, sliced
- 200g strawberries, quartered
- 200g blueberries
- 100g radishes, sliced
- Zest of 1 orange
- Edible flowers and mint leaves, for garnish
Sesame Citrus Dressing (makes ~500ml):
- 60ml (¼ cup) olive oil
- 60ml (¼ cup) lemon juice
- 125ml (½ cup) orange juice
- 70g (½ cup) sesame seeds, soaked for 6 hours and rinsed
- 30ml (2 tbsp) tamari or soy sauce
