The more you engage with the journey, the more you earn — and the higher your tier, the faster you accumulate points.

Yes — they are separate programs for different needs. Loyalty rewards are for personal purchases only and are separate from the Affiliate Program.

Four tiers, each unlocking a higher point multiplier on everything you earn:
  ● Initiate — your first purchase. Base earning rate, 1× multiplier.
  ● Practitioner — 2,200 Practice Points earned AND 2 orders. 1.1× multiplier (+10%).
  ● Alchemist — 4,000 Practice Points earned AND 4 orders. 1.2× multiplier (+20%).
  ● Guardian — 8,000 Practice Points earned AND 7 orders. 1.3× multiplier (+30%).

Automatically, once you meet both conditions — Practice Points earned AND number of orders. For example, Practitioner requires both 2,200 points earned and at least 2 orders. If you have earned 2,200 points but placed only 1 order, you reach Practitioner on your second order.

No. Tier qualification is based on Practice Points earned over your lifetime — not your current balance. Redeeming points for rewards never lowers your earned total, so it never affects your tier.

No. Tiers are held for lifetime.

You earn points in several ways:
  ● 800 points when you create your account in our store
  ● 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible orders
  ● 500 bonus points when you place your second qualifying order (≥$200) — the Continue Your Journey bonus, once per customer
  ● 150 bonus points each time you try a new element for the first time: ONE, FORGIVE, INSPIRE, FLOW, ORIGIN.
  ● 50 points for leaving a product review
  ● 25 points for following us on Instagram
  ● Shipping fees and taxes do not generate Practice points. All amounts are in USD.

When you place your second qualifying order (minimum $200), you automatically receive 500 bonus points — worth ~$30 in redemption value. This occurs once per customer and is the program's most valuable single earning event. It's designed to recognise the most important step in the journey: continuation.

Each time you purchase a product from one of the five ZenCleanz elements for the first time — ONE, FORGIVE, INSPIRE, FLOW, ORIGIN — you earn 150 bonus points. This can happen up to five times across your journey, adding up to 750 bonus points in total. Rainbow Protocol and daily products do not count toward element bonuses but earn base spend points as normal.

Yes. Your tier multiplier applies to all point earning — base spend points, the Continue Your Journey bonus, element bonuses, and engagement actions. As an Alchemist (1.2× multiplier), the 500-point Continue Your Journey bonus becomes 600 points.

Choose a redemption reward to apply to your order. Three tiers are available:
  ● 1,200 points — 10% off, minimum order $200
  ● 1,800 points — 15% off, minimum order $500
  ● 2,400 points — 20% off, minimum order $1,200

Your first reward becomes available on your second order. After your first purchase, the signup bonus plus the points from that order bring you to the 1,200-point entry reward — so you can redeem 10% off when you come back. Higher rewards build up over several orders.

As often as you have the points for. Redeeming resets the points you spend, so reaching the higher 15% and 20% rewards takes a bit of saving.

Loyalty rewards generally cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. When multiple discounts are available, the best one will be applied.

Yes. Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Any unused points are automatically removed after 12 months. Your tier status, however, never expires once reached. You can view your current balance and point history in your account.

No. Practice Points are personal and linked to your individual customer account. They cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or combined with another account.

Points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your balance. If you've already redeemed some of those points, your account may show a negative adjustment to correct the balance.

All eligible purchases made while logged into your customer account. Shipping fees and taxes do not generate points. If a product is excluded from the program, this will be noted on the product page.
