Toxins have two main points of entry: the digestive system and the lungs. Toxins then penetrate the blood and go through three main filters: the liver, the lymphatic system, and the kidneys. These are the layers that need to be cleansed to free the body from having to fight toxicity. Only the body can heal itself. All we can do is help it recover its optimal condition so it can perform its duty. Finally, while the lymphatic system is overloaded, the toxins land in the kidneys. Simply common sense!
