If you are an active, approved affiliate, you benefit from your affiliate terms only (for promoting and reselling). Loyalty rewards are reserved for non-affiliate customers.

If you’re no longer actively promoting or reselling and you only want a personal discount:

1. Stop using the affiliate route for personal orders.
2. Use your regular customer account instead.
3. You’ll then earn ZenPoints through the Loyalty Program on your purchases (as a non-affiliate customer).

• ZenPoints are valid for 1 year from the date you earn them.
• After 12 months, any unused points will automatically expire and be removed from your balance.

You can always see your current balance and point history in your account.

All purchases you make on our website with your logged-in customer account count toward loyalty points.

Unless otherwise noted on a specific promotion:
• All products are eligible for earning ZenPoints
• Shipping fees and taxes do not generate points

No. ZenPoints are personal and linked to your individual customer account.

They cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or combined with another person’s account.

If you return products for a refund:
