Colter Merrick and Sharon Cummings created Elixart in 2012 to bring herbal alchemy and plant power to the people.

In the beginning, the space was set as an art gallery and started serving ceremonial tea with the local community and international travelers. We soon discovered: shared intention and community connection is where the true magic transpired.

Within a year, Elixart became a gathering place to enjoy non-alcoholic, plant-based drink offerings that support healthy practices, elevated conversation, and artistic expression, somewhere we could truly connect with each other and experience the transformational power of plants.
